Fajar founded Syntek Solar as a form of support for the development of renewable energy in Indonesia as well as an answer to make it easy for everyone to install solar panels at their place through Syntek Solar.

Before Syntek, he has worked as the research engineer at LS Industrial System, South Korea responsible for the design, field tests, and simulation of the system. He also has worked for Gemalto Pte. Ltd. Singapore as a software engineer where he was awarded as Gemalto Asia Employee Recognition Award.

Fajar also involved in a few big projects such as 20 MWp Solar PV Plant Development, 50 MWp Solar PV Plant Development, Solar PV Plant Development 500 kW / 400 kWh Sumba PV Hybrid Smart Revamping, and many more.

Fajar holds a bachelor’s degree from the Institut Teknologi Bandung with honors in Electrical Engineering and got a master’s degree from Chungbuk National University in the same field with majors in Power Electronics.

Yonas as Co-founder responsible to lead Control Division. Yonas has a quite range expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control System Engineering and Design including in the fields PLC programming, HMI and SCADA programming, Digital Communication Protocol, Project Management, Execution, and Commissioning.

His expertise cannot be separated from his previous experience in several companies including being Lead Control System Engineer at PT Jetec Indonesia, Control System Engineer in Festo, and healso has worked as Electrical &
Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor at PT SMART Tbk.

Yonas holds a bachelor’s degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung with honors in Electrical Engineering.

Thio is responsible for the sales and engineering activities in Syntek Solar. He has the vision to contribute to improving the life quality of the world and society towards sustainability, especially in solar energy.

Before joining Syntek, Thio has a few leadership activities and special activities in field renewable energy. He was once the Chairman of Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia Delft (PPI Delft) and was joined in Photovoltaic and Material Device (PVMD) Research Group.

Thio holds a bachelor’s degree from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) with honors in the field of Physical Engineering.

He is honored LPDP Scholarship from Minister of Finance Indonesia and holds a Masters in Science in Sustainable Energy Technology from the Delft University of Technology.
